Home Sweet Lake Home is a beautifully built home located in a gated community with a heated private pool. Only steps away from Lake LBJ, you will have access to a boat ramp and designated boat slip & waverunner/jetski platform in the neighborhood marina. The amenity center just down the street also provides lots of entertainment options: communal pool, sand volleyball, basketball goal, pickle ball, foosball, and ping pong. it is conveniently located close to restaurants, the grocery store, and seconds away from the legends golf course!
downstairs: both master bedroom and second guest bedroom are downstairs and each have a king sized bed Master has a walk-in shower and Second Guest has a soak tub and shower.
upstairs: the third guest bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds and adjoining soak tub and shower
flat screen tvs with internet connectivity are in the living room, master bedroom and upstairs loft area; all are smart devices Quartz countertops in the kitchen and vinyl floors downstairs, carpet upstairs. Utility room with high-efficient washer and dryer are included.
the large back patio is ideal for entertaining with a private pool and four (4) chaise lounge chairs with cushions A bluetooth speaker is provided along with corn hole setup. A propane grill is also included for grilling.
